Up for sale is a circa 1970 Omega Dynamic Date in Steel, reference 166.039.

The watch is powered by the Caliber 565 movement, which is widely regarded by many Omega collectors as one of the best in-house movements produced before the Swiss Quartz Crisis.

This Dynamic has an excellent silver racing dial. These are are tricky to find in good shape and there are plenty of fakes. I’ve been fortunate to own a few authentic ones over the years and kept this one in my personal collection.

This watch is in excellent condition, presenting with a nice case that retains its original lines and finishing. The watch features all original components including the crystal and crown. The original bracelet is also included, maintaining the watch’s complete factory look.

The movement runs great and was regulated when I got it. It runs within +/-15 seconds per day, however, the service history is unknown.
