Shipping – . The following special shipping provisions apply:

1. For Delivery in the U.S.A:  FREE insured delivery by USPS Ground Advantage with delivery tracking (no signature).   You may select expedited service by USPS Priority Mail with signature tracking, for a $5.00 up-charge . If you prefer Priority service but not to have signature tracking, please inform us by eBay messaging just before you place the order and we will ship with delivery confirmation only.
   
   
2. International customers:  For international delivery, Ebay uses its forwarder to reduce the shipping costs to you.  We ship to the USA forwarder free of charge by insured USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation (no signature). Ebay will calculate the additional shipping which will be shown on your end before you agree to purchase.  Customer is also responsible for any duty or customs fees for bringing items into your country. We are required to mark the customs forms as merchandise with the correct price paid.
3. If tracking (1 or 2) shows non-delivery, we will (at our option) either:

A. Re-ship an identical item at no charge -or-

B. Refund full payment to customer including shipping costs (We may wait up to ten business days after shipping before issuing replacement / refund).

We will ship within 3 business days after receipt of cleared payment (usually sooner).  Our business day cut-off is 3-PM EST.  This represents when we receive acknowledgment of payment, possibly 1-2 hours after you pay.

New, unused returns – You have 14-days after receipt to request a R/A number. We will issue you the R/A and instructions within 3-business days and you then have 5 business days to ship the item.  You would pay for return shipping. 

Items not received as described or damaged in transit  – Please alert us within 3-days of receipt if item arrives defective, not as described or damaged in transit.  In that case, we would ask for a photo and would (upon confirmation) send you a prepaid return label but you would need to drop the item off at the post office.

We only accept returns of new merchandise which we can resell as new. Returned items must be in the exact condition in which you received them. All returns require an R/A number.  Thanks for your understanding.

We agree to warranty this watch for 90 days after customer receipt.  Customer would first request an R/A number and pay to ship the watch to us, we would repair it and return it to customer at our expense. At our option, we may replace the watch with a brand new (identical) one, except in that case, we would use the customer’s strap and change it for the new watch head.

*** Please note that we may not be available to answer questions on holidays, weekends or after 5-PM EST.  Our normal turn-around time to reply to questions is typically between 4-8 business hours but during peak periods we may require an additional business day.  If we have a lot of auctions closing we will try to review and respond to all open questions before the auctions begin to close.

Miscellaneous Provisions –  If the buyer takes more then the allotted time to pay for an item (or items) they have purchased or won, we may cancel the sale and re-list it the item.
